Terrible Online Shopping Experiences

Terrible service!My online order was to be delivered yesterday but was not. I called the call centre as it was passed 6pm and the last delivery was at 5. The lady said she will check with the driver and call me back. I waited for 20 minutes and still no call. I then called again and spoke to Brandon. He made me hold and called the driver who said that there was no delivery for me. So Brandon stated that he will call me at 8am to arrange a delivery time but nobody called me and a driver pitched up at our door at 12.40! We waited for so long yesterday and had a dinner to attend and then today when my husband was in a middle of a meeting they just show up! What type of service is this and especially from Woolworths! My previous online order also had items that were unavailable and I was never refunded for this! Checkers online delivery and service is a 1000 times better! Woolworths online sucks!
