Terrible online shopping experience

Attempted to use the Woolworths online shopping portal. The soonest delivery date was a full week away and with 4hr delivery windows! Completed the entire checkout process but when I tried to enter my payment details the entire website crashed. Repeated the process and it crashed again. It is quite amazing to me how poor this offering is compared to the competition, especially considering that Woolworths positions itself as a premium brand.
