Terrible online shopping

<p>Terrible service by Woolworths online. Bought and paid for parcel. Delivery date was yesterday. Today am being given a run around as to where the parcel is. been calling Woolworths all morning but they cannot assist in calling the courier company or informing me when i will get my parcel.</p> <p> </p>
