Terrible online service

Woolworths online shopping is the worst. I've BEEN waiting for my order which was supposed to delivered on Monday (26 Feb 2018). When I call all I get is excuses. This is after one of my items was said to be out of stock and no one bothered to call me for a substitute even though I had chosen the option for substitution. I put my complaint on Facebook and they respond saying I should inbox them my order number. No one has even bothered to read it. This is the worst online service I have received and I'll never do it again. In all this time they have never even contacted me to tell me about any delays. So disappointed!!
