Terrible experience, very disappointed

I placed an order via the app and did not receive my items. After querying it, they advised that it was delivered to a person I don't know then later advised it was returned due to the courier not reaching me but there were no attempts to contact me. They then proceeded with a refund even after I asked for the items. I escalated this complaint and got a "sorry for the inconvenience". Terrible experience, very disappointed
