Terrible experience

I never expected such ******* service, ordered online, never received my order only to follow up and they tell me my order was ******, no communication for such whatsoever… been two weeks now waiting for my refund, when I followed up they say refund was processed over a week ago but still havent received my money back… I wonder if they going to tell me my refund is ****** also!
