Terrible experience

I went to Woolworths Sandton Gate Yesterday, there's a promotion for fruits 250g/300g 3, for R95, I went to the till and enquired, one of the till assistant agreed that the promotion is on their promos book/papers, but the other one Yvonne, was so dismissive that it's not applicable yet it's on the advert. She didn't even want to enquire. Woolworths my stop with the false advertising and train it's employees on how to deal with promotions or such issues
