Terrible experience

At the West Ways Shopping center in Helderkruin, Roodepoort, Woolworth's did not have any hygiene wipes to clean the trolleys, it's winter, most people have the flu, I don't want it! The staff said it's management's problem, did not bother to help me, and half of the shelves were empty, I did not find most I was looking for. I go to Woolworth's to buy quality products, I am sorry but the customer service, quality, quantity and hygiene has gone down the drain.
