Terrible customer service WW

I am disgusted in WW I ordered shoes on the 26th on Friday I received a call saying the courier couldn't deliver because my address was incomplete and no number I gave my details was told they are gonna deliver Monday. Monday came and went nothing today nothing and my order is saying delivered I have tried to get someone to contact me via X the whole day they say someone is going to call still no one has called
