Terrible customer service woolworths traderoute mall

I have been a woolworths customer for the past 18years. My wallet was recently ****** and I now need to get a new woolworths card its bee a total nightmare. Ive come to collect my card and the surname put on my card is incorrect they insist that I've changed my surname n need to redo forms. Its most frustrating to have to argue that my surname hasn't changed for the past 18yrs. Really annoyed...
