Terrible customer service - Woolworths Pavilliion.

Worse experience at Pavilliion Woolworths store. I went in to do an exchange of a pair of jeans , and the Teller and store manager refused to assist with checking and printing a till slip for the transaction. I provided them with all my personal details they requested , the only details I could not provide is the exact date of purchase , they had the product details and the loyalty card number.

They told me they are not able to assist unless I can give them the date of the transaction.

I spent 1 hour at the store and the manager said they are unable to help.
