Terrible customer service - Refund policy

I was told by your manager at CRESTA Woolworths on the 31/10 that I cannot return Yoghurt that I bought on Wednesday 29/10 but your return policy does not list Yoghurt as an item that can’t be returned? I need this refunded. I have the slip
