Disgusting customer service from Woolworths

Woolworths is just a mess, they refuse to take accountability, the consultants are rude. Spoke to ****m davids and he just added to my frustration, he doesn’t listen to the client, he just kept on speaking over me, he lacks comprehension skills, he is rude and disrespectful.

Woolworths has no idea what customer service is. Spent 45 mins in the phone and your consultants are all saying different things, your service is disgusting
