TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WOOLWORTHS

After laying a complaint about an inferior product WW customer service said I would get a voucher by sms in 2 days. 3 weeks later I contacted them because I received nothing. Turns out they used the incorrect number. They resent it but it was already used, probably by the person with the wrong number used. This I found out in store when trying to get the voucher. Store Manager and staff member called gift voucher department who didn't answer for 30min and when they eventually did thy said a new voucher would be sent in 30min. It's been a week and nothing received. Also I emailed customer service to inform them and I have had no response to 3 mails sent in the lady week. Terrible service.
