Terrible customer service

Bought Vegetarian potstickers as part of an online order and Prawn potstickers were delivered. Had my family and I not be vegetarians, I would have probably not complained. However, after querying this three different times via emails and receiving responses saying that something will be done about it, nothing ever happened. Its been almost two months and nothing has been done.
