Terrible Customer Service

I’m upset with the quality of customer service. I bought a clothing item online and Woolworths sent it with security tags attached. I let them know via email, which was ignored. I asked their twitter team to intervene and they said their online team would contact me, 4 days and I have heard nothing from them. Really disappointed.
