Terrible customer service

So I purchased a item. In Feb I sent them images of it there say they will compensate guess what to date nothing they app cannot update my cell num n I have an acc wid dem they send sms 4promos but cannot send a simple sms with a voucher app they sent it 2 a 087 num then I send emails n a lady foned says I will send it to this number that was last mth pathetic customer service
