Terrible customer service

The customer service that I've been getting from Woolworths this past week is terrible. I placed an order online on Friday and Sunday it was cancelled, however I haven't received my refund. I called on Tuesday and was just told to contact my bank which doesn't make sense. I called again and spoke to another agent and was told she logged a refund request and funds will be in my account the following day. I still haven't received any refund. I called again this morning and after stating my story the agent dropped the call in my ear! I called again and am now being told about 7 days. This is pathetic. Is this the kind of "quality" service from Woolworths?
