Terrible customer service

I’m so disappointed in the service I received at Woolworths eastgate.

I went there to go buy my daughter a phone and the lady couldn’t help me because the person in the department had already left . She tried to contact the lady for her log in details but the lady didn’t answer her phone as she had knocked off

She asked if I could come back tomorrow or go the branch on alberton .

I’m really confused in how do you treat your customers like this then she left me at the counter and couldn’t be bothered at all . She also told me I can go but the phone at pep cell.

How can only one person have access to a system ?

I can’t wait to finish my balance then close my account because wow your service is terrible .
