Terrible customer service and arrogant manager

I would to report terrible customer service I received from the Woolworths Foods store (Glengarry Branch, Brackenfell). I was at the store and wanted to purchase nappies that was on sale or so I thought. The price tag on the shelf displayed the sale price and the description of the item matched perfect to the product but according to the manager she was unable to give me the sale price because the POS still scanned the original and told me she wont give the price and I must go speak to head office and not here. She dismissed me with so much arrogance and aggression yet acknowledging that the tag is there and correct info but doesnt know why that price is displayed or scanning different. The point im making is that the sale is on and the price was displayed and I have the price tag as evidence. I would like to get the information of the region manager so someone to please contact me as I fee I was treated like a child in the store and dismissed like a peasant.
