Terrible customer service

Absolutely rude people at the head office. I ordered a mothers day gift and it showed the order will be delivered by today but guess what they changed that information today to the 13th since it was convenient for them and not the customer. If I had known when I ordered that it would be late, then I would of gone to get one in the store. Now the store has no sizes how to I make my mother happy.
