Terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Woolworths. Someone cloned my account in April, I lodged a dispute and havent received feedback and I have enquired about this several times with no proper response. My account is currently in minus and I don't even know what transpired to get to that point and no one has gotten back to me and this is quite frustrating. The only calls i receive is that my account is in minus but no one can even tell me why. I am disappointed in the manner in which Woolworths handles customer service. The call centre agents are useless. I am also quite frustrated about the fact that it was so easy for someone to clone my account and go on a spending spree.
