Terrible customer service

I absolutely love Woolies, I buy from them all the time! But unfortunately once again their customer service is such a let down. I recently purchased and an item online because I could only find it online. I received an incorrect product when I tried to query it, I have not yet received a response from them. It is extremely frustrating. And like I said this is not the 1st time I received bad customer service.
