Terrible customer service 👎

I am very disappointed with the management at Woolworths ilanga mall Nelspruit. I went to the store to purchase a few items and one of those items were a set of bibs that I really needed. At the till I was informed the there i bib missing they 4 instead of 5. I was willing to pay the full amount for 4 since it was the last set but the management refused I really did not mind paying the full amount regardless the one missing because I really needed them. The management totally declined. I didn't like the way she handled this matter. I feel has bad customer service. She did not go beyond for me to leave as a happy customer.
