terrible customer service

I've never had such terrible and substandard experience in my life especially at Woolworths out of all the shops in the world Woolworth have the best customers service but the one i got from TAMBOTIE Randfontein was terrible. went shop at Tambotie mall Woolworths on the 23rd of October 2021 between 10 and 10:30, after shopping went to the till got there, saw the price on the fridge for ice cream was R90 for 2 and there was another price for R110, asked the cashier by the name of Ntsekalle B that i saw 2 prices on the fridge for ice cream so which one is the correct with the ugliest attitude she said R110 and i said okay because i saw it was R90 i will pay R90 for them, luckily there was another cashier on the side and she rep**** and corrected her that No the price has dropped again. after paying my groceries she didn't even help with packing or anything then i packed my groceries, while i was packing the grocery in my trolley she called another customer while i was there, now what ****ed me off was that firstly she didn't help with pushing the grocery nicely for me to pack and finish before calling the next person instead she made a mockery of me with the customer who was waiting for me to finish, so i stood and ask what's her problem she looked away, i asked 3 times before she answered with a "i don't have a problem" answer and a stinking attitude. I'm very disappointed with Woolworths at Tambotie. all other woolies i shop at be it clearwater, Cresta, trade route and other woolies they give same and best customer service as they do the same thing and help the customer finish packing then call other client when the till is clear and ready for next . even wipe the till before the next customer. TAMBOTHI WOOLIES POOR customer service.
