Terrible customer service

I contacted WW and complained about a pair of shoes which were bought for me end Dec 2014 when I was in Port Elizabeth. I have worn the shoes a maximum of 5 times and they are already falling apart.<br> WW response to me was I need to take the shoes to my nearest WW store where they will evaluate them.<br> Why should the onus be on me to take them back to any WW store?<br> I will be thinking twice before purchasing anything from WW again.
