Terrible customer service

The standard of quality and customer service from Woolies is definitely dropping. I've had a query about 2 bunches of flowers that I purchased within the last 2 to 3 weeks. I was promised vouchers which I never received and then today I receive an email saying my query has been resolved. How can it be resolved yet no one has contacted me or issued my vouchers.
