Terrible Click and Collect Service - West Coast Vilage

I placed an order on the 27th of January for collection on the 29th of January. Collection time was scheduled for between 4pm and 5pm. I received a call at literally 4pm to say that a quarter of the items are not available. Basically all the meat items I budgeted for the week ahead. This is pathetic. Clearly not a service worth using. And the only reason I opted for click and collect because the option for delivery to my area is no longer available.
