I’ve been a regular shopper at W for a very long time now lately I’ve not been impressed I received a message on my W app advising me my account is 6 months in arrears this account was settled more than 3 years ago and if this shows on my profile under that status they will be held accountable I’ve sent an e mail and still did not receive a response and this is why I’m posting this
