Teller snatches client's papers out of her hand
I had to during January 2016, just 1 month ago, tender complaint re huge issue with apparently untrained tellers@Woolworths' \prestigious\" flagship store, Constantia Village, when my card was GRABBED out of my hand for ******** transaction not bearing my consent. After being given assurances of renewed teller training, I AGAIN stand astounded at another issue with tellers not understanding simple Financial Service transaction &again snatching transactional items out of my hand ! Being responsible account holder, I requested balance enquiry printout pursuant to making payment. This is a procedure which takes 1 second of a competent teller's time. The teller started to behave in very unprofessional manner, & started to call other staff to do this transaction. I became alarmed&asked to be transferred to OTHER till point, which was RUDELY REFUSED by Jade. REFUSING A CLIENT = strange new etiquette ? Not only had I to stand there whilst she admitted she was \"untrained\" to do the work, &call another teller, but she also snatched 4 PRIVATE papers OUT OF MY HAND as I was making accounting notes on these. I had to ask for my own papers BACK! WW, stop RECRUITING OFF PAVEMENT! Untrained staff!"
