Teach your caroline a good customer service or remove her at hot food area.

I always have a bad experience at maponya mall woolworths, by the lady Caroline who works at Hod food, i like woolies food but everytime i think of going buying myself a lunch and think of her i rather go elsewhere and everytime she is the one at the Hot deal u will find that queter legs and pies are not ready, her attitude is very bad, i think her intention is to chase customer's away and it's realy working.Today it was worse i even asked to see her manager but even infront of him she did not show any remose, i wasted my whole lunch hour and left the store without even buying i haven't seen such in my life, i think it will be wise to ask for tips from woolies wesgate on how to properly treat customers, my colleagues are always complaining about the very same woman.this **** of a service is totatly unaxceptable especially at hot food area. We are customers we should be treated with respect.
