Takalani in fresh fish section on his phone in Hazelwood

Takalin in the fresh fish section of the Hazelwood branch was on his cellphone for the second week in a row. I called the manager last week to make him aware of the situation after I received a cheeky answer from Takalani when I confronted him that "he is using his phone for work." The manager confirmed last Sunday that no staff members were allowed to be on their telephones while on duty and on the floor. This Sunday the same situation occuurred. I reported it to the manager on duty but clearly there has been no disciplinary steps taken.
