i had woolworths account for long& i left it without paying it due to my financial problems,then after some years they called me saying i must pay an amount that will settle my acc ,ok i payed that money& they said they will send me payed up letter even today i did not get it.now when i try to make loans i'm being declined telling me i have account that i did not pay&i went to store ask them to contact their lawyers & i was told they not allowed so what does that mean& how i;m i going to settle that amount if i cant contact them& they don;t phone me either
