Systems down for how long?

Absolutely disgusted in Woolworth Malvern 24hours , from Saturday we have been trying to purchase on account and no luck they keep telling us the system is down and IT will come have a look at the problem?

I have never had any complaint towards any Woolworths store but this is not fair especially with what is going on in our world at this moment , what is going to be done about this? I can’t come back hoping they will be online.
