Swak diens

I'm writing to you in desperation as there is no one else to turn to anymore. The complaint line didn't help. It looks like Woolworths Food Magalies View, Rustenburg, would love to tell their Customers to go and shop somewhere else.I've had a standing order for Lactose free Milk since it came onto the market. Every now and then I don't get my milk as some soul which is usually nameless or missing or dead unpacked it on to the shelves. When you complain to the floor manager or store manager they are always sorry it won't happen again then everything goes well for a few weeks, then we are back to square one. It is always someone else who is to blame but the problem is never sorted. Today I went to fetch my milk and there was no milk. Sorry they don't have stock. That is after I stood and waited for 15 minutes. The lady behind the counter at the deli then said they already received a letter on Friday stating there is a shortage. No one had the decency to phone and inform me, which I would have appreciated as Woolworths Food Magalies View is not the easiest shop to get access to and as they are working on the roads it is even worse. The staff which I still don't know their names
