Supervisor rude whilst processing return

<p>I purchased a pie at Woolworths OR Tambo on my way to work. The pastry appeared to be half done and the filling tasted off. I decided to return it later in the afternoon. Off course I had to take a few bites before establishing my position but was far from finishing it .I was referred to a supervisor who acknowledged my complaint then got assisted by another one who kept going on to her colleagues that she was not keen on authorising a transaction she didn't begin but went to repeatedly say why was I returning something I had already eaten without addressing but addressing her colleague which I found very insulting. I personally think she needs a lesson on how to address custommer politely. The name on her name badge is Pricilla 21/02/2017</p>
