Superb service

To whom it may concern,

I recently opened a store card and had fhe worst experience when I visited your Pavilion and Gateway stores where people refused me service.

Today I had the privilege of being helped in your Musgrave store by a very lovely lady name Siphiwe Khumalo. It is such a breathe of fresh air to deal with people like Siphiwe who are so friendly and who goes the extra mile the way she did for me. My store card is now sorted and she made sure of that.

Absolutely amazing service and I am a happy customer.
