Super service and helpful

<p>We bought a pair of work shoes at Woolworths. After 2 months the back of the shoe wore through completely. We took the shoes back to the Richards Bay Branch where a lady named Sharon was super helpful and willing to assist. We unfortunately did not have a slip but she was still willing to help us with no hassles. Not often do you receive such great customer service and willingness to help.</p>
