When we went to buy my husband's outfit for my daughter's wedding we fell in love with a charcoal grey suit. We found the pants but not the right sized jacket. Happiness took down all the details and promised to follow up if she tracked down a jacket at any other store. Within 18 hours I had been phoned to tell me that they had located a jacket elsewhere in the same store and that it was being held for me to collect!
