Suit Purchase - no cover )Pathetic staff service - and a supervisor that merely folds her hands and gazes

<p>bought a suit today from Woolworths Fourways - yes it was on sale and on paying, I am tyold by the cashier after she received instructutions from what seems like her folded arms supervisor that I should not get a suity cover, as tgis was on sale, instead a plaion Woolies plastic bag. I have bought 3 previuos suits at Woolies and never experienced such issues, inclusing the inabiloty of the staff to explain if the policy had changed - I spent almost R1500 on this suit and when asked iof they would sell me a cover, i got the reply that they dont - Pathetic Woolies - I have written to your customer service deprtment fron my mobile device and have not even received an acknowledgement - being a loyal customer and a pretty big Woolies, you have dissapointed me - it seems as theough you level of staff service and committment is waning !!!!!!!</p>
