Sugar free peanut butter not so sugar free after all...

We bought No-Added-Salt-and-Sugar-Smooth-Peanut-Butter-770-g from Woolies like we always do (see link below), however this time it was as sweet as anything! I know the difference because I eat it daily. I cannot believe that they put sugar into a product labelled as "no added sugar"! I mean, what if I was a diabetic?

I'm really angry, I don't want additional sugar intake for no reason. I wanted to complain internally via Woolworths customer service, however as usual, I cannot find where to log my complaint. The last time I tried to log a complaint about a tub of icrcream I had bought from woolies which had a hole right through the lid, I submitted dutifully on their system, and to this day, I never heard an apology.

I even took it back to the store to show the manager, and he didn't care, he just explained that it was their cold testing, and they had clearly forgotten to remove that specific tub of ice cream from the freezer. He didn't even offer a refund, and I didn't push it, but I've never forgotten it.

For a shop I love so much in general, and spend way too much money at, I would expect better.
