such a great inconvenience

<p>I bought items with my debit card that are now due for refund and have sent my daughter with the items,slip and price tags to woolworths store in Sammy marks Pretoria to process the refund. They are refusing to process the refund saying they have to use the same purchase method to refund and I am in agreement as it is written at the back of the slip but how was I to know that the card must be present?I refuse to take the gift card as I am restricted to only use my money at woolworths and there is no where on their policy where it says the debit card must be present to initiate such transaction.I would like Woolworths to process my refund immediately</p>
