Substandard Food From Woolworths

This is the second time I'm posting about Woolworths, as, to date I am yet to receive a response from head office. We purchased 2 tubs of the tin roof ice cream and malva pudding. The pudding was dry and had no sauce in it whatsoever. The ice cream was the same. All that was present was one line of chocolate at the bottom of the tubs.

We purchase from Woolworths for the quality. If we are not going to receive that then what is the point in paying the exorbitant prices???
