Substandard customer service

<p>In July 2016 I bought a Jersey at Woolworths Mosselbaai mall for R399, the next day I noticed that it was frail. I took it back to the store, the floor manager said they Will take it back to the factory for quality check and she took my name and number. I went back and forth to the store since today nothing has happens, in my years of shopping at Woolies I wasn't expecting this. I mean its been 5months now and no response </p> <p>I spend my hardworked money on your stores and this is what I get. I just want my money back, hope I will get a feed back eventually.</p>
