Subpar Products at Woolworths

I recently purchased the Malva pudding from Woolworths food and the standard of the product was abysmal. I always buy the malva pudding and have never had any issues. However, this time the pudding was bone dry, no syrup whatsoever. Technically it was no longer malva pudding. For the price Woolworths charges, they should be doing better than this.
