Stupid soo called rules

Never been this embarrassed, went to shop at Centurion mallnon the 19th Feb was told my card has declined no reason given was told to go to customer services got there was told because i shopped at mall of africa last month and it is outside my regular store...never heard such nonsense..does that mean i have to shoo at one store always..that is nosense you can cancel the account if you no longer need me as account customer
