Stupid rules

I was at Richards Bay (Woolworths) buying Rockshady and wine, I wanted to pay at the wine counter or at any other counter in the store. The impatient teller at the wine counter told me I cannot pay for the Rock Shady at the wine area. I then asked to take it to other counter and pay for the wine and my Rock shady, her response was I must pay for the wine at the wine counter.

It is such an oxy*****, cause you can pay for food at the cloths counter, why are we made to hold stand in different ques in one store.

I’m not impressed with the store rules, to be made to stand in different ques, pathetic.
