Stressed out!

I was retrenched in July, since then been trying to claim for my insurance on many many failed attempts. Please I'm a student and I am so scared this is going to blacklist my name. Why is your insurance and contact details there if we don't even get the assistance we need. It looks like you don't want to pay or help! Your store staff isn't much help either.
