STORECARD NOT WORKING ON THE APP

I am so tired of Woolworths! I have tried so many times to use my store card on the Woolies app but till today It is refusing to work. I have sent a lot of emails requesting assistance with this issue and called but they just say oh "I'm not sure what's happening let me transfer u to this department" and that department will redirect me back to the first department. Guys please just close that App it's not benefiting some on us.. So Noone in the whole of woolworths can assist with their own card and app. I am really disappointed I must say, I feel like destroying this card cos it's useless to me.
