Store-tagged and Dirty baby clothes delivered

I purchased baby clothes from Woolworths online. The baby clothes were so dirty and smelled of motor oil. As if that was not enough, a pair of trackpants were still store tagged thus I cannot seperate them. I find this so appalling from a store that claims to pride itself of the \difference".
